My Ultimate Chili Recipe

1 lb. of ground beef, preferably less fat is better.
1 lb. of ground sausage
2 cans of rotel tomatoes
1 onion
1 pepper
1/2 cup of celery
1/2 can of tomato paste
1/4 cup of chili powder
2 teaspoons of cumin
1 clove of garlic sliced thin
1 tsp of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
2 can of Bush's chili beans (do not drain)
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Brown sausage with pepper and onion, brown ground beef with garlic and celery.  Put in Nesco crockpot.  Add all remaining ingredients and cook on low for 4 hours.  Serve over Goya sticky rice and top with cheddar cheese.
