This sounds amazing and I'm going to try it, but when I first read the title I misread it as "Shipwreck" macaroni and cheese. I was a little disappointed to find no actual shipwreck was involved, but then I realized my mistake. :)
Kelly, I actually have found the recipe for Panera Bread Mac and Cheese and it's WONDERFUL! That's the one to try!
